THE OPPORTUNITY Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in the management and performance of a number of commercial assets while supporting a range of capital works, refurbishment, fit-out, and future development projects. This role combines traditional oversight of property and facilities management responsibilities with broader asset management exposure, providing an excellent platform for someone looking to deepen their commercial property experience while developing a pathway into projects and development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Coordinate delivery of refurbishment, maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives Assist in the planning and execution of landlord works and tenant fit-out projects Monitor project budgets, timelines, procurement, and contractor performance Support preparation of project business cases and approval documentation Maintain project trackers, reporting schedules, and documentation Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and project managers as required Asset Management Supervise third party Property Managers and Facility Managers Monitor asset performance and assist with business plan implementation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, arrears management, and operating expense reconciliation Support reporting requirements for lenders, investors, and other stakeholders Development & Value-Add Initiatives Assist with feasibility assessments and market research for future development opportunities Support due diligence activities relating to new lending opportunities Contribute to asset repositioning and value enhancement initiatives Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, presentation, and tenant experience Assist with consultant coordination and development planning processes Gain exposure to investment analysis, project feasibility, and capital allocation decisions Participate in discussions around future development and redevelopment opportunities within the portfolio General Business Support Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials Support lending execution and asset-level initiatives as required Assist with ad hoc strategic projects across the business Take ownership of tasks and contribute wherever required within a small and dynamic team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working within a lean and entrepreneurial team environment 2-6 years' experience in property management, asset management, project management, facilities management, commercial real estate, or a related property discipline Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate and property investment Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance programmes, fit-outs, or capital works projects would be highly regarded WHY JOIN FORGE CAPITAL PARTNERS?
