Veterinary Receptionist

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our boutique small animal practice. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointment bookings and patient registrations. Dispense medication and go through post op care instructions with owners Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations. Keep the reception area organised and welcoming. Requirements Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience in a veterinary clinic, medical clinic, specialist clinic, dental clinic, or other healthcare setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable handling appointments, phone enquiries, emails, and administrative duties. Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficient with basic computer systems. Experience with veterinary practice management software is an advantage. Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player.
