Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team in New Zealand. In this role, you will support the sales team in expanding the local market, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating daily sales operations. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide timely support. Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and sales proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Conduct market research and collect competitor information. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Assist with customer visits, business meetings, and promotional activities when required. Complete other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or above preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business support, or logistics is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM systems is an advantage. Fluent English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus). Must have valid New Zealand work rights. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
