Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role The Processing Team Leader's role is to elevate the daily performance of a team of Processing Officers so that NZ Post products and parcels are sorted according to agreed processing criteria and performance targets. With the number of parcels increasing and being a key part of our dynamic nationalnetwork, this area is kept on their toes. Key to this role, of course, is people leadership and the ability to engage with truck drivers and contractors. You'll take a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing and positive team culture. You will also need to have some admin skills as you'll oversee rostering, payroll and other important things that keep the team running smoothly. You will be looking after our Operations Depot in Whanganui . The shift for this role is Tuesday to Saturday: 02:00 - 10:30 Our 'Safety Always' approach to health, safety and wellbeing of our people underpins all that we do and is core to our business.
