You will contribute to real world projects that make a difference in our communities, while developing your technical and professional skills. What you’ll be doing: Conducting geotechnical investigations (hand augers, Scala penetrometer testing, CPT/DMT, and more) Supporting slope stability and geo-environmental assessments Preparing clear, concise reports and technical documentation Collaborating with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders Designing retaining walls and preparing documentation packages Attending site inspections and contributing to project delivery Ensuring work meets professional standards and EDC’s quality systems What we’re looking for: A tertiary qualification in geotechnical engineering (or close to finishing) Internship or seismic experience is a bonus, but not essential Strong communication skills and attention to detail A team player with a passion for engineering Familiarity with tools like Slide, Wallop, GINT, and Microsoft Office A full, clean NZ driver’s licence You must have the right to work in New Zealand with no restrictions #J-18808-Ljbffr
