Have a good understanding of neuro diversity and trauma informed teaching, building relationships with children in a pastoral environment that includes Restorative Practice and Collaborative Proactive Solutions. Understand and support the kaupapa of our 2 class bilingual unit (Level 2). Understand and support our Manaiakalani Learn, Create, Share pedagogy.
