Solutions Engineer

Be the customer. Become a super-user of Partly’s inventory management system - The Partly PIM - and other apps in the Partly ecosystem; understanding exactly how buyers rely on us to find the parts that fit their vehicle. Scope, develop, and implement user-centric solutions that harness the power of the Partly Platform; delivering outstanding results in a way that maximises the success of the customer throughout a smooth onboarding journey. Build integrations Work closely with the Engineering team, providing well-defined requirements and guidelines to develop industry leading products. Engage with the customer in rigorous testing phases to iterate; ensuring that solutions align with the established criteria and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements A STEM degree. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to customers and colleagues. Proficiency in analysing data with Python, Pandas and SQL A logical and structured approach to problem solving; you often spend time outside of uni thinking about complex problems and opportunities for innovation. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
