Westcon-Comstor – North Shore, North Island We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Quote Specialist aligned to Cisco to join our high-performing Comstor team. This role sits at the heart of our Sales Operations function and is a critical customer touchpoint, providing pre‑sales technical and quoting support to our channel partners and internal sales teams. It's an ideal next step for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise across Cisco technologies and build a pathway toward outbound sales or a future Pre Sales Solution Engineer role. What you'll be doing Act as the first point of contact via phone and email for all customer technical and quoting enquiries Deliver an exceptional first experience for our partners, with a strong focus on service and technical excellence Manage Cisco requests through ticketing systems, ensuring accurate categorisation and workflow management Generate accurate and timely customer quotations within agreed SLAs, with strong attention to detail Support channel partners and internal stakeholders with technical product enquiries and solution configuration Proactively follow up on customer enquiries to drive timely outcomesCollaborate with Sales, Vendor teams, and Solution Engineers to deliver optimal solutions Identify and support upsell opportunities within customer quotes Maintain strong organisation across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What we're looking for 2+ years' experience in a corporate sales, customer service, or sales support environment Technical exposure or strong interest in Cisco technologies across datacentre, infrastructure, networking, security, virtualisation, and storage Cisco certifications and/or relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy Sales focused and commercially astute, with an understanding of pricing and margin principles A proactive problem solver who is customer focused and solutions driven Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly Join a certified great place to work.
