Lifewise in Auckland is seeking a Youth Development Worker to support rangatahi aged 16 to 24 transitioning from homelessness into stable housing. You will build trusting relationships, provide holistic support, and help participants grow the confidence and skills needed for independent living. Working with a dedicated team, you’ll organise community activities, travel between service sites as needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to create positive outcomes for young people in our care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
