Wellbeing and Vocational Coach/Kai Tautoko a Mahi Wellbeing and Vocational Coach/ Kai Tautoko a Mahi Mental Health Levin & Ōtaki | Full time – 40hrs Whaioro Trust is a kaupapa Māori mental health and addictions service. We are seeking a Wellbeing & Vocational Coach | Kai Tautoko ā Mahi to join our Mahi Tū Ora team. Mahi Tū Ora provides a holistic approach to wellbeing and vocational support, walking alongside whānau to build on strengths and explore pathways towards hauora, education, training, employment, volunteering, community engagement and other opportunities that reflect their aspirations and goals. We're looking for someone who is passionate about walking alongside whānau, values whānau-centred practice, and is committed to working in ways that uphold mana and kaupapa Māori. The ideal applicant for this position will possess or be able to fulfil the following criteria: Experience working with whānau An understanding of the strengths, aspirations and challenges facing whānau across the Manawatū and Horowhenua | Ōtaki communities. Competency in Te Reo and Tikanga Māori an advantage Hold a level 4 Mental Health qualification or commitment to engaging in this study Must be computer literate Team orientated Self-directed High standard of communication – written and oral Well organised and able to demonstrate effective Time Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
