Senior Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing: Leading procurement preparation activities — RFP development, market approach, evaluation, and vendor selection Onboarding and managing the preferred vendor through Discovery Developing detailed workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements Acting as central point of contact across technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership Facilitating workshops, steering group updates, and cross-functional delivery rhythms Translating complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior executives Managing risks, issues, vendor deliverables, SLAs, and statements of work Contributing to governance reporting, benefits tracking, and assurance activities This is a generalist Senior PM role with genuine leadership influence — and real flexibility in how it evolves for the right person. What You'll Be Doing: Leading procurement preparation activities — RFP development, market approach, evaluation, and vendor selection Onboarding and managing the preferred vendor through Discovery Developing detailed workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements Acting as central point of contact across technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership Facilitating workshops, steering group updates, and cross-functional delivery rhythms Translating complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior executives Managing risks, issues, vendor deliverables, SLAs, and statements of work Contributing to governance reporting, benefits tracking, and assurance activities What We're Looking For: Technical & Professional Skills: Proven delivery experience across enterprise digital transformation programmes Strong knowledge of at least one (ideally two) of the three workstreams: data/analytics platforms, M365/digital workplace, or automation technologies (Power Automate, RPA, low-code) Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure Agile delivery experience; familiarity with IT security, identity, compliance, and change management Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with SOWs and vendor/contract management Leadership & Stakeholder Skills: Track record leading complex, multi-stream programmes Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity Collaborative, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating with pace and pragmatism Qualifications: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certifications are an advantage If you're a senior PM with the gravitas to lead at programme level and the hands-on delivery skills to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
