Site Manager (Interiors)

X4 Construction – Queenstown, South Island Location: Queenstown The Opportunity I’m currently working with a reputable main contractor who has secured a $50M+ commercial project in QT and is looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager (Interiors) to take ownership of the internal fit-out phase. This is a key role on a large-scale build, offering the chance to step into a well-structured project with strong systems, support, and delivery backing. The Role You’ll be responsible for leading all interiors and fit-out works on site , ensuring delivery is aligned with programme, quality, and safety expectations. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all interior trades and subcontractors Driving programme and sequencing of fit-out works Maintaining high standards across quality and finishes Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team Proactively identifying and resolving site challenges What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial builds Strong track record delivering interiors / fit-out packages Experience working on projects $20M+ Background with established main contractors A stable work history (important to the client) Strong leadership and communication skills Why Apply?
