PB Technologies – Palmerston North, North Island Join Our Team at Palmerston North! We’re looking for a few enthusiastic, customer-focused superstars to join our Palmerston North branch. This is a permanent role, with 30+hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. Provide clear and detailed product information to support customers’ decision-making Assist front-line cashiers as needed, ensuring smooth operations at the checkout. Support shop maintenance and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service. Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
