About the Job As Clinical Nurse Manager you'll provide professional clinical leadership across a large care home, supporting nurses and HCA's to deliver exceptional care while maintaining high clinical standards, strong governance and continuous quality improvement. The role is focused on influencing, mentoring and developing people rather than managing through hierarchy. You’ll bring: Current NZ APC Proven leadership experience within aged residential care Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits and clinical governance Confidence managing clinical risk and supporting best practice Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others A collaborative leadership style that earns trust and respect Above all, you’re a leader who values people, builds strong relationships, can have a bit of fun, get involved and create an environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
