Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is expanding Hospital in the Home (HiTH) services in the Mid North region, delivering high-acuity care in patients’ homes. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will lead HiTH care, support complex patient assessments, and coordinate services with the multidisciplinary team.
