NZ Post is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Cashel Street to support customers in person and by phone. This role involves handling mail, freight and packages for lobby holders, with some heavy lifting, while promoting NZ Post products and services and delivering excellent service daily. The position is 20 hours per week, afternoons: Monday 1:30pm–5:30pm and Tuesday–Friday 1:45pm–5:45pm.
