About the role We're looking for a full-time Team Member to join our Lighting, Storage and Flooring departments at Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale. This is a practical, hands-on retail role that combines customer service, merchandising and maintaining high presentation standards across your areas and the wider store. You'll spend your day helping customers with their projects, moving and replenishing stock, and ensuring products are available and ready for sale. A significant part of the role involves handling bulky products such as flooring and storage items, keeping stock flowing from the inwards goods area to the shop floor and supporting across the wider store when needed. You'll be on your feet for most of the day and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
