About the Role This is an afternoon/evening shift with expected hours of M-F from 11:30am - 8:00pm in office. As a Customer Support Specialist at Tabula, you’ll operate as a primary support line to those who rely on our technology to run their operations every day. You’ll join our growing Customer Experience team and provide valuable assistance to our customers. You’ll do this by conducting outbound calls, as well as responding to incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers seeking support and training with Tabula’s hardware and software. The role is based in Mosgiel (Dunedin) What You’ll Do Respond to incoming queries within the Customer Experience structure and conduct outbound calls as required Document support cases using appropriate templates in our CRM (Hubspot). Clearly communicate bugs, feature requests and customer escalations to relevant parties Develop / document process and training documents for distribution both internally and externally. Step in to support the wider team during critical moments when the team needs you. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is excited about diving in to learn and help our most valued customers get the most from out system. Specifically: Experience in a Customer Support, or Technical Consulting role providing excellent support to customers. Significant experience in support related tools and systems Experience working with sales and software development teams Ability to diagnose issues based on limited information, establishing clear steps to reproduce. Ability to work well with dissatisfied customers, achieving a good outcome. Ability to convey complex information in an easily understood way. Ability to manage priorities and deliver to a deadline.
