You'll be part of a team that provides intentional teaching experiences in both small and large group settings, tailoring learning opportunities to each child's age, stage, interests, and individual development. You'll play an important role in creating engaging environments where children flourish through exploration, discovery, and meaningful relationships. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young learners and passionate about delivering high-quality education and care. You'll have: BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 qualification (ECE or Primary) Current New Zealand Teacher Certification Strong understanding of child-led learning, assessment, and planning Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and quality practice A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive teaching Passion, enthusiasm, and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
