About The Role We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and maintain a strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Champion Customer Service and Engagement: You will be highly visible in the store, actively engaging with customers to provide personalized assistance and promptly address inquiries and complaints. Ensure Store Presentation and Stock Quality: You will monitor stock freshness and quality, maintain clean and organized shelves, and support overall store cleanliness. Drive Promotional Execution: You will implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring alignment with campaigns and accuracy of point-of-sale materials. Support Smooth Operations: You will collaborate effectively with your team to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives. Prioritize Safety and Compliance: You will uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure that all tasks comply with company policies and legal requirements.
