The Warehouse Group is seeking a Head of Customer Engagement & Enablement to lead the customer data, loyalty and personalisation ecosystem. You will oversee Martech, AdTech, CDP, Loyalty and Analytics platforms, shaping the strategy and governance while translating insights into concrete business actions across owned and digital channels.
