What to Expect Fixed shift rosters from start to finish of thefixed term with the option to pick up additional shifts. A supportive team environment with trainingprovided. Our MUST Haves We’re moving quickly so we do need you to be ableto attend the listed recruitment night or be available for a quick onlineinterview if you are not based in the Waikato. We do require weekend work and so all rostersinclude 1 weekend day. Asit is our peak time of year – we need all hands-on-deck . Thismeans we do need to ensure you have availability for most daysbetween 15 Dec 2026 – 4 Jan2027. Recruitment Phases Dependent on vacancies we may be running our recruitment intwo phases to match seasonal needs. We’ll go through screening fairly quicklyand shortlist applicants, contacting these applicants with a follow-up shortquestionnaire on more specific questions on availability, start date etc. Thenyou’ll be invited to a Bulk Recruitment Night where you’llmeet our team, learn more about the roles, and potentially secure a fixed termposition. Phase 1 – Early September to Mid-January RecruitmentNight: Wednesday 26 August 2026 at our Te Rapa store. Induction: 15September 2026 (and subsequent dates determined by group start dateavailability) Idealfor applicants looking for early start and trained roles. Phase 2 (if required) will be for roles from mid-Novemberto mid-January. Recruitment and Induction night: Details will be forwarded toshortlisted candidates who have expressed an interest in a later start.This will be dependent on outstanding vacancies.
