Westpac New Zealand's AI & Automation Graduate Programme offers an immersive, entry-level path into banking technology, with mentors and structured training to build technical and soft skills. Based in Auckland for 10–12 months, you’ll join as a permanent employee in February 2027 and rotate through focus areas such as AI/ML, AI Ethicist, and Automation Specialist.
