Sales & Scheduling Coordinator

Simpsons Flooring Selwyn – Rolleston, South Island Simpsons Flooring Xtra is a locally owned, family-run business. Our Rolleston store is also home to Beds R Us Selwyn and a café open to the public, so it's a busy, welcoming place with plenty of customer contact. We're looking for an organised, customer-focused person to look after showroom sales, pricing and quoting, and the scheduling of our flooring installations. Day-to-day you will: Help customers in the showroom with product and colour selections Price and quote residential and building projects from plans and measurements Manage the installation diary and schedule flooring subcontractors Keep customers, installers and builders informed from quote through to completion We're looking for someone who: Is highly organised and confident with numbers Communicates well and enjoys helping customers Can read plans and take accurate measurements Stays calm and finds solutions when plans change Holds a full driver's licence Experience in flooring, construction, building supplies or estimating is an advantage, but we'll train the right person. What we offer: full training and ongoing support, a friendly local team, and a varied role in a growing Rolleston business.
