That's why we're looking for a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help keep our partner relationships, campaigns, and delivery schedule running smoothly -- and to grow fast alongside the business. 1. The Role This is a great next step for someone early in their marketing or partnerships career who wants exposure to real client relationships, hands-on design work, and busy delivery schedules -- all at once. You'll work closely with our Partnerships & Marketing Manager, supporting partner communications, producing marketing assets, and helping coordinate the moving parts of our events and campaigns calendar. You’ll get real ownership of tasks and projects from day one, with support and mentoring as you build toward managing partner relationships independently. 2. What You'll Do Support day-to-day communication with TPB partners -- scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping partner records up to date Help plan and schedule digital marketing content -- email, social media, and landing page updates Design supporting marketing materials -- social tiles, directory entries, one-pagers, event collateral -- using our brand templates Help maintain the delivery calendar across summits, partner agreements, and campaigns, flagging deadlines before they become urgent Assist with drafting and formatting partner agreements, reports, and directory content Track basic campaign and partnership metrics for team reporting 3. What You'll Bring 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or partnerships/account support role Working knowledge of digital marketing tools -- email platforms, social scheduling, or similar Comfort with design tools like Canva (Adobe experience a bonus) and an eye for on-brand, polished output Strong organisational skills -- you keep track of multiple tasks and follow through without being chased A friendly, professional communication style, written and verbal Eagerness to learn partner relationship management from an experienced manager Bonus: interest or background in residential construction, trades, or membership/coaching businesses 4.
