Fence Labourer Looking for a hands-on outdoor role with long-term career potential? Tradestaff Christchurch is looking for a motivated Fence Labourer to join a busy fencing crew working on new-build residential projects across Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills while working with an experienced team on a variety of fencing projects. Location: Christchurch Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $25-$28 per hour, based on experience What You'll Be Doing Assisting with the construction of new residential fences Using hand and power tools Digging post holes and preparing fence lines Lifting and carrying fencing materials Completing general labouring and site duties Working outdoors as part of a small, supportive team What We're Looking For Full Class 1 Driver Licence (essential) Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform manual work Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Willingness to learn new skills and develop in the role Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check Experience with hand and power tools is an advantage but not essential Strong commitment to health and safety What's In It For You Weekly pay Long-term, ongoing work Clear opportunities for pay progression and career development Variety of residential projects across Christchurch Supportive team environment with on-the-job training Why work with Tradestaff?
