You’ll lead the strategy behind how customers browse, engage, buy and return, while improving the digital experience in ways that directly support revenue growth. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll lead ecommerce growth, conversion optimisation and user experience across a DTC ecommerce environment, with ownership of the website roadmap, platform performance, website merchandising and customer journey improvements. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the numbers and close to the customer. You’ll use data, testing, user behaviour and commercial insight to improve the shopping experience, remove friction, lift conversion and help build a stronger ecommerce function. Own the ecommerce roadmap across CRO, UX, merchandising and site performance Improve landing pages, product pages, collection pages, checkout and mobile experience Lead testing, analytics, user research and optimisation across the customer journey Manage platform improvements, app stack, technical fixes and external partners Lead and develop a small ecommerce team while working across marketing and operations SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You’ll likely bring strong experience across ecommerce management, digital trading, CRO, UX or digital product management, ideally within a DTC or consumer ecommerce environment. You’ll understand how website performance, product discovery, checkout flow, merchandising and customer experience all connect to commercial growth. You don’t need to be a developer, but you do need to be confident working with ecommerce platforms, technical partners, analytics tools and cross-functional teams. This role needs someone who can think strategically, act practically and make clear decisions based on customer behaviour and commercial impact. 6-8+ years’ experience across ecommerce, CRO, UX or digital product management Strong ecommerce platform experience, ideally including Shopify or similar platforms Proven ability to improve conversion, revenue, AOV or customer experience outcomes Experience with A/B testing, analytics, user research or behaviour insight tools Leadership experience with the ability to set priorities and lift team performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
