Job Description

Docuvera Software Corporation - Wellington Central, North Island Here at Docuvera, we're building technology that supports the highly regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, where quality, trust, and compliance genuinely matter. It's meaningful work, with real-world impact, supported by a globally distributed team that values autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Join us at a stage where there's still plenty of opportunity to shape how things work, contribute ideas, and help mature processes in practical, visible ways. Here at Docuvera, we're building technology that supports the highly regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, where quality, trust, and compliance genuinely matter. It's meaningful work, with real-world impact, supported by a globally distributed team that values autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Join us at a stage where there's still plenty of opportunity to shape how things work, contribute ideas, and help mature processes in practical, visible ways. The part you'll play and why it matters This new role sits at the centre of how Docuvera presents itself to customers, partners, and auditors when the stakes are high. As our specialist in bids and responses, you'll bring structure to fast-moving, cross-functional work. You'll coordinate timelines, draft responses, manage contributors, and ensure submissions go out accurate, cohesive, and on time. You'll work across Commercial, Security, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership, continuously improving how we manage and reuse knowledge while reducing disruption to SMEs. This isn't a copy-and-paste proposals role and it's not an administrative position. What matters is strong project management skills, judgement, a genuine desire help us be the best we can be, and a drive to keep learning our solution. You'll hit your stride knowing how to structure work, curate the right information, spot inconsistencies, and turn fragmented inputs into clear, defensible responses. Just as important you'll practice direct communication, collaboration across functions and cultures, and ownership without ego. What the role looks like in practice: In any given week you might triage a new enterprise security questionnaire, support a go/no-go bid conversation, draft response sections using approved AI workflows, coordinate SME input from across the company, manage review cycles, or prepare a final submission for sign-off. All this while maintaining the conventions that keep our response content usable and trustworthy across MS Office and Atlassian suites, and our approved AI tooling. What you'll bring to the table Experience is important, so tech experience B2B SaaS in a regulated industry is highly valuable, but not essential. However, this role requires someone who communicates directly, collaborates well across functions, roles, titles, and cultures, and takes ownership without ego. We are seeking someone who can push work forward independently while still bringing people along with them. The four things that matter most: Coordination and Response Support . You've coordinated or managed RFPs, RFIs, vendor questionnaires, security reviews, or customer due diligence in a SaaS, technology, or compliance-heavy environment. You drive momentum, expedite risks early, and hold timelines together across busy SMEs and senior stakeholders. AI fluency . You're comfortable working with AI-supported workflows and knowledgebases (like Vanta) or you're well on your way. We draft non-tech response sections using custom AI GPTs (ChatGPT, Claude); but if you're still on that learning journey we have plenty of hands on deck to get you up to speed. Technology and IT security literacy . You have enough technical literacy to understand what you're reading, recognise when something is inconsistent or incomplete, and route the right questions to the right people early so deadlines aren't missed. Experience with content related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, SaaS architecture, quality systems, CSV, and regulatory environments is valuable - but you don't need to be a deep SME, but an aptitude and interest in these topics and our platform will help you nail the role. Process improvement . You instinctively look for better ways to work: reducing manual effort through lightweight automations, improving how information flows between people and processes, and recommending improvements rather than simply following what already exists. What you can expect from us We operate as a distributed global team so have a high-trust, outcomes-focused culture that values transparency, initiative, and continuous improvement. We care far more about impact and progress than visibility for its own sake. Balancing stakeholder needs, time zones, and customer expectations require rigor, but you'll have modern systems, AI-enabled tooling, and the autonomy to improve processes rather than just follow them. That way of working means this role is challenging and fun at the same time. Sitting close to Commercial, Security, Operations, and Leadership, you'll gain broad visibility across the business and real influence over how the work evolves. Some of our benefits include birthday leave and extra paid time off at Christmas, as well as access to L&D tools and world class tech. We are truly flexible in how we work so this role may suit various types of working arrangements. Why Docuvera? Docuvera is the industry leader in governed, structured content authoring for pharma. We evolved in 2017 from Author-it, and we help top global pharmaceutical companies harness digital innovation to get their life-changing products to market safely and faster. Now part of the cormeo family of companies, we're a global team working across New Zealand, Asia, the UK, Europe, and the United States. For our team, it means delivering real-world impact through ground-breaking solutions to technically complex problems, so to do that we're collaborative, curious, and driven to solve important challenges together. Key information about our recruitment process If there's anything we can do to make our recruitment process more inclusive or accessible for you, please let us know. We're happy to accommodate where we can. Our process usually includes two online interviews, each about an hour long, with one or two members of our team. Some roles may also include a technical exercise to help us understand your approach and skills. We'll also ask for at least two professional references and complete a background and/or verification check. We'll keep applications open until we find the right person, and we'll keep you updated along the way. For recruitment agencies: we work with a select group of preferred partners, so please don't send unsolicited CVs as we won't be able to consider them. #J-18808-Ljbffr
