New World Churton Park in Wellington is seeking a capable Produce Supervisor to join our Fresh Foods team. Reporting to the Fresh Foods Manager, you will lead daily execution in the Produce department and help ensure ready-to-sell, fresh, well-presented stock before peak trade. You will coach team members, organise shifts, monitor quality, waste, and stock, and act as second in charge when needed.
