Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, experienced candidate with practical competency in first aid, case management and administration to ensure support and care is provided for our people efficiently at our Waitōtara site. In this busy front-line people-focused position, the successful candidate will work closely with various departments, departmental leaders and external treatment providers using their great communicationandfollow upskills. Relationship development and ongoing relationship management is a key part of this position,ensuring all support, guidance and processes are followed to deliver successful outcomes for our employee’s recovery and wellbeing. This role is part of the Health and Safety team, supporting our employeeswith early intervention referrals, ACC case management and coordinating occupational health monitoring. Our successful candidate will be required to work8 hours per day with flexibility of start and finish timesbetween the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm weekdays ensuring all care and support is available forbothourday andafternoon shift staff. Full training is provided, with an excellent pathway for growth and career development for the right candidate. This is a site-based role, so it is imperative you live in or close to Waitōtara. Waitōtara is located 10km south-east of Waverley and 34km north-west of Whanganui in South Taranaki.
