Subsidised childcare for your whānau A thorough induction and mentoring programme Professional development and training opportunities Supportive leadership and a team culture built on whanaungatanga A purposeful role where your mahi is essential to the smooth operation of the centre Opportunity Greeting parents, visitors and tamariki and support positive daily interactions Managing enrolment and attendance information in Discover and other systems Supporting invoicing, receipting and basic debtor follow up Answering phone calls, emails and day to day enquiries Preparing reports and support compliance and licensing requirements Coordinating information between the centre and Support Office Assisting the Centre Manager with general admin and organisational tasks Helping with events, parent evenings and community connections About You Administration experience in a similar environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with whanau from diverse backgrounds Experience using various technology tools and you will be comfortable learning new software High attention to detail and accuracy in all record keeping Knowledge of ECE legislation, funding, and WINZ subsidies is highly preferred Why Work for Busy Bees?
