Napier City Council is seeking a Customer Services Officer to be the friendly face for residents, ratepayers and visitors. You will provide professional, accurate support across enquiries, applications, bookings, payments, and complaints from our Customer Service Centre in Napier. This fixed-term role (until July 2027) is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
