Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role at Levelly Real Estate Brokerage is based in the Greater Napier-Hastings Area. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, open homes, and listing presentations. The role involves managing the full transaction process, preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and working closely with legal and financial professionals to support successful closings. The Real Estate Agent will prospect for new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and stay informed on local market trends, property values, and regulations. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, using brokerage systems and tools, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver professional, ethical, and client-focused service. Qualifications Demonstrated client service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and explain complex information clearly. Experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management, preferably in real estate or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple listings, client appointments, and documentation accurately. Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, email, and property listing technologies. Knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and transaction processes, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay current. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Napier-Hastings Area, including attending meetings, viewings, and community events as required. Relevant real estate license or eligibility to obtain one in accordance with local regulatory requirements. Professional, ethical conduct with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory service for all clients.
