We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused Training Solutions Co‑ordinator to join our Qualifications Group. In this role, you will provide coordination, administration, and support for the development and maintenance of MITO’s training solutions. You’ll support programme review and development activity, learning content maintenance, Industry Reference Groups, programme and micro‑credential builds in MITO’s CRM, and testing of MITO systems. You’ll also help identify expiring unit standards that affect MITO programmes and resources, support planning and communications for required updates, and contribute to the continual improvement of Training Solutions Team systems, processes, documents, and records. This is a varied role where accuracy, organisation, communication, and follow‑through are key. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to help ensure MITO’s training solutions remain current, high‑quality, and aligned with the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework. Excellent administrative, organisational, and computer skills Proven ability to manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and navigate competing priorities Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and concise documentation Experience developing or implementing administrative procedures Research skills, including the ability to analyse information and prepare reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement Previous exposure to the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework is desirable An understanding of qualifications and unit standards is desirable A commitment to health and safety, quality practice, and meeting relevant statutory and organisational requirements.
