Civil Truck Driver

We are seeking experienced Civil Class 4/ 5 Drivers to join established civil contractors working across a range of projects. This role offers a strong mix of driving and on-site support work, with consistent pipelines across roading, earthworks, and civil infrastructure developments. You'll be working with reputable contractors in well-organised crews, supporting key projects by moving materials, carting aggregates, and assisting with general site operations. What's on offer $30-$35/hr for standard civil drivers $34-$40/hr for experienced drivers / machinery transport / tipping specialists Ongoing, stable pipeline of civil work Variety across roading, earthworks, and infrastructure projects Work with well-established and respected contractors Strong crew environments with consistent site activity Key responsibilities Carting aggregates and bulk materials to and from site Tipping operations and machinery transport (where applicable) Supporting civil crews with day-to-day site activities Working across multiple project types including roading and earthworks Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant driving and site practices Assisting with general labouring and site support when required What we're looking for Class 4/ 5 licence is essential Proven experience in civil or construction driving preferred Experience with tipping, machinery transport, or bulk carting highly valued Strong understanding of civil site operations Reliable, safety-focused drivers who work well in a team environment Culture Crews are collaborative, down‑to‑earth, and committed to delivering quality work safely.
