Leading an experienced team of Account Managers across Mt Maunganui and Whakatāne , your focus will be on growing revenue, winning new business, and strengthening key trade partnerships. This is a role for someone who loves being in the market, spotting opportunities, and turning them into results. You’ll lead from the front, building customer relationships, growing market share, and driving sales performance across the region. What You'll Be Doing Drive sales growth, market share, and commercial performance across the region Win new business and grow existing trade partnerships Lead from the front alongside an experienced team of Account Managers Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders Identify opportunities, convert leads, and grow the sales pipeline Turn market insights into action and deliver results Champion a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and customer success About You You're a proven sales performer who loves getting out in the market, building relationships, and winning work. You're commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by growth. You know how to spot opportunities, influence decision-makers, and turn conversations into long-term trade partnerships.
