Lead Project Planner Location: Hillerød, Zealand Region Category: Engineering Salary: Apply for details Country: Denmark Employment: Contract Worksite: On-Site Job Description 12 month contract l full time l on-site Planet Pharma is supporting a leading life sciences organisation in the search for an experienced project planning professional to join a major pharmaceutical capital investment programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a complex, high value project, providing schedule leadership, strategic planning support and project controls expertise across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain integrated project schedules, ensuring key milestones and critical path activities remain on track. Analyse schedule performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to project leadership. Support project teams with planning insights to enable informed decision making. Develop, manage and optimise project schedules in line with established planning standards. Ensure accurate and timely schedule updates are communicated across the project organisation. Work closely with package leads and stakeholders to understand dependencies, constraints and potential delivery risks. Coordinate planning activities across multiple functions while supporting resource and workload management. Experience Required 10+ years of project planning experience within large scale CAPEX programmes. Previous pharmaceutical, biotechnology or highly regulated industry experience. Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification and validation activities. Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and experience managing complex project schedules. Proven ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable project decisions. Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams in fast paced environments. Preferred Background Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. Project Management certification such as PMP would be advantageous. Experience supporting large manufacturing, facility expansion or infrastructure projects. Personal Profile Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
