Growing Global Brands We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who loves improving Google Ads, Meta campaigns, Shopify, SEO and conversion rates to drive real business growth. You’ll own the performance engine behind our Fiasco Cases & Work From Home Desks brands, working alongside an experienced in-house creative team that has successfully scaled our marketing over the past six years. About the business Fiasco Cases is a New Zealand manufacturer with an established and growing presence in the USA, designing premium road cases for the live events industry. Alongside this, Work From Home Desks is our fast-growing e-commerce brand, creating beautifully designed workspace products with ambitious growth plans over the next few years. We’re a values-driven company that believes in building great products, strong systems and a team that enjoys doing meaningful work. About the role You’ll take ownership of our digital marketing performance, primarily for Work From Home Desks, managing paid media, EDM's, Shopify optimisation, SEO, website conversion and analytics. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll continually test, optimise and improve marketing performance. You’ll have the freedom to implement ideas, measure results and directly influence revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our Commercial Strategy Manager, Creative Director, content team and leadership team. This is a full‑time, permanent, onsite position based in our Cambridge office. This is not a contract or freelance role and includes a minimum guaranteed 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities Own and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to maximise ROAS and revenue growth. Improve SEO performance and grow qualified organic traffic. Optimise Shopify, landing pages and customer journeys to increase conversion rates. Build, test and improve campaigns, landing pages and website experiences. Monitor performance using GA4, Shopify and Meta reporting. Build EDM's. Build dashboards and provide clear performance reporting. Ensure tracking, integrations and analytics are accurate and reliable. Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns. Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and marketing performance. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver commercial results. What we’re looking for Minimum three years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or e-commerce. Proven hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Shopify. Strong understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation and customer journeys. Experience using GA4 and analytics to make data‑driven decisions. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A track record of implementing improvements that deliver measurable results. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity or AI tools such as ChatGPT would be an advantage. Don’t meet every requirement? That’s okay.
