Our dedicated team delivers 24/7 support and has specialist expertise in both disability and mental health. The service consists of six homes clustered in a welcoming neighbourhood near Raumati Beach. As a Support Worker, you'll work across the site alongside a supportive team and collaborate closely with local health and community services. You'll support people to: Set and achieve personal goals Manage their medication safely Build confidence and independence in daily living skills Participate in meaningful activities and connect with their local community Explore new opportunities for personal growth and independence Take an active role in making decisions about their own lives Experience in disability or mental health support is highly valued. However, we're equally keen to hear from people who bring relevant life experience, resilience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.
