Storeperson (Counterbalance & Reach Operator)

Storeperson (Counterbalance & Reach Operator) This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and dispatching products while safely operating warehouse equipment. We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining an organised warehouse, and is committed to delivering high standards. Your duties will include: Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently Loading and unloading trucks and containers Picking and packing customer orders accurately Put-aways, replenishment and stock movement Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control Using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Handling large and bulky items safely Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse General warehouse duties as required This role is Monday to Friday, with both morning and nightshifts About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: A current Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) A Stock Picker (Man-Up) Licence (highly desirable) A Full New Zealand Driver Licence (essential) Previous warehouse experience, ideally within the furniture, logistics or distribution industry Experience loading and unloading trucks and moving bulky goods Confidence using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems The ability to comfortably lift up to 25kg and perform physically demanding work Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace health and safety A reliable work ethic with excellent attendance and a positive attitude Own reliable transport to travel to and from work #J-18808-Ljbffr
