About the Role This is a 32-hour-per-week position that includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. This is a hands-on café role combining coffee making, customer service, and general front-of-house responsibilities. While customer volumes vary throughout the day, there are busy periods where you'll need to stay organised, work efficiently, and maintain quality. This role is ideal for an experienced barista who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values being part of a supportive team.
