Spectrum Care in Auckland is seeking a proactive Community Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 5–21 years in respite homes. You will provide personal care, daily living support, and crisis response when needed. This role involves early mornings, late afternoons, weekends and sleepover shifts on a rotating roster.
