We’re currently hiring for two roles: Property Manager Assistant Property management experience is not required, but transferable experience is valued. Property Manager – Growth Minimum two years of property management experience. Property Manager Assistant Progression: Move into a Property Manager role within 12 months. Key responsibilities include: Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections Preparing reports for landlords and tenants Running open homes and private viewings Responding to rental enquiries Completing applicant checks and screening Managing calendars, keys and property access Logging and following up maintenance requests Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation Property Manager – Growth Progression: Move toward Senior Property Management roles within 12 months. This role suits someone who understands property management but also wants to improve how a department operates and grows. Key responsibilities include: Manage a strategic residential property portfolio Build strong landlord and tenant relationships Oversee leasing, arrears, maintenance and tenancy matters Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards Improve systems, processes and operational efficiency Strengthen the use of property management technology Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Support and mentor junior team members Help shape the future structure of the department Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and capability $500 incentive for each new landlord introduced Company vehicle and laptop Beautiful Central Christchurch office Clear growth pathways Monthly team breakfasts and dinners Training from a highly experienced property management leader Why Join Najib Real Estate?
