We are looking for an experienced aged care RN able to work permanent 36 hours per week PM and Nocte shifts. Our Registered Nurses lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practices and standards You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
