This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to lead significant projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects. Lead project planning, programming, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and financial objectives. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities. About You Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Sound understanding of project finance, contracts, and procurement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
