Buildings Consultant

Versatile Homes and Buildings Cambridge – Cambridge, North Island This is primarily a sales role, but, you'll remain involved after the contract is signed and through the construction. You'll guide your clients from their first enquiry through to project completion, making this a rewarding role where you can see the results of your work. Key responsibilities Meeting with prospective clients and understanding their needs Conducting site visits and providing practical advice Preparing concepts, pricing and quotations Following up enquiries and converting them into sales Guiding customers through design and product selections Scheduling projects and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Keeping clients informed throughout the build process About you Experience in the building industry, preferably as a qualified builder Strong communication and organisational skills The ability to manage several projects at once A practical approach to problem solving Good computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems About us Versatile Cambridge & Morrinsville is a locally owned business backed by one of New Zealand's most trusted building brands.
