SAP Fiori / UI5 Developer

Location: Auckland, New Zealand (Candidates based anywhere in New Zealand are welcome to apply. Travel to Auckland will be required as needed.) About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori / UI5 Developer to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting modern SAP Fiori applications while delivering intuitive, responsive, and high-performing user experiences using SAP UI5 and SAP BTP technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support SAP Fiori and UI5 applications. Develop responsive applications using SAP UI5 , Fiori Elements , and SAP best practices. Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad , including Catalogues, Groups, Roles, and Authorisations. Enhance and extend standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP-recommended extensibility techniques. Integrate and consume OData Services within SAP Fiori applications. Develop applications using SAP BTP technologies. Apply MVC architecture, data binding, error handling, debugging, and performance optimisation techniques. Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to deliver scalable SAP solutions. Prepare technical design documents and support testing, deployment, and production activities. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of SAP Fiori/UI5 development experience. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA . Strong expertise in SAP UI5 , Fiori Elements , and SAP BTP (mandatory). Experience configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad , Catalogues, Groups, Roles, and Access. Experience integrating OData Services with SAP Fiori applications. Good understanding of MVC architecture , responsive design, data binding, debugging, and error handling. Experience enhancing and adapting standard SAP Fiori applications. Knowledge of SAP UI5 development standards and SAP recommended best practices.
