Theroleencompassesthefollowingbroadaspects: Provide first point of contact for client inquiries in appropriate timeframes Troubleshoot & resolve client problems in appropriate timeframes Provide excellent communication and client satisfaction at all times Escalate tickets where necessary with appropriate timeframe Flag sales opportunities or technical escalation Work onsite at client’s offices, when required as directed Perform other engineering tasks as directed What We’re Looking For: Experience in an IT servicesdesk role Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into understandable language for various audiences Disciplined, committed to sound processes, methodologies and good-problem-solving skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities A team team-player Willingness and interest in learning new skills, technologies and IT industry specifics Technical background is helpful, however not necessary Committed to outworking iT360’s values and pillars that shape how we work; as seen on our website Experience with cyber security and AI and Automation is a bonus What’s in it for you?
