The team is responsible for supporting the administration of Consilium's products and services and plays a critical role in delivering positive outcomes for advisers and clients. The role focuses on the operational support of Consilium's products and services, including: Supporting adviser and client administration activities Processing transactions, transfers, withdrawals and account maintenance Providing operational and technical support to advisers and colleagues Monitoring operational activity and supporting quality control processes Investigating and resolving operational issues and exceptions Supporting operational controls, risk management and compliance requirements Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency You will also be encouraged to develop a strong understanding of our products, systems and workflows, and contribute to ongoing improvements across the business.
