Counter Sales - Auckland City

Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Counter Sales individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction and has a passion for delivering excellent service to our valued customers, primarily electricians, in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors while supporting sales at the counter. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by recommending the right products, providing tailored quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Serving customers over the counter, phone and email re: sales orders and enquiries Sourcing products to suit customer’s needs, returns and credits Picking goods and collection of cash/payment from counter customers Supporting the maintenance of branch standards (stock, cleanliness, shelves, etc) General administration of all stock data and records, and merchandising duties Ensuring Health & Safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
